This week I 'ave mostly been playing ...
I've been playing quite a few games recently that are newish and thought I'd go over them.

Yes, Kate is up the duff. Due 11th October 2009.
Sorry if I've not seen you face to face to tell you, I really wanted to let everyone know in the flesh but it didn't work out that way!
So it's about 3 weeks to the Reading Half, which I've arbitrarily picked as my deadline for recovery from the rather persistent leg injury I've picked up.
I finished Fable 2 for the second time over the weekend, it's a terrifically fun game which offers unique game choices, like marrying a zombie witch reanimated using mad science by a crazy obsessed grave digger then using a potion to change your sex and for some reason no one (undead wife included) noticing.
I've discovered the downside of living out of town...the gritters don't come down my road. As a result the recent spell of bad weather has quite comprehensively sealed me off from the outside world...
I had to make a decision last weekend to pull out of Tough Guy. It's the first time that I've failed to do a race, however I couldn't risk repeating what happened to me at the Grim in December.
Well so far my job is safe looks like if things don't pick up by 2H (American companies love there H's and Q's for some reason) then things may turn back to redundancies again but so far so good.
As redundancy continues its path for me, I have experienced one of the strangest stages.
Leaving work.
Although technically I am still employed until the 6th of April, I left work on Tuesday to start my gardening leave. How would I describe that day....
We are approaching the time of new year resolutions. Gill has gone and made hers all public, so I suppose I'd better go and do the same. I started doing these 3 years ago, and they have included such fun things as "Run a half-marathon", "get in shape", and "buy a house".
