I simply don't use it anymore, and for some unknown reason no-one plays me more than once...
I'm selling my foosball table. I think I've used it (briefly) twice in the last two years, neither time in anger. This will be the first time in more than a decade I'm without one, after having first taken over a room in Highmead with one (initially a FAS, and then the competition-spec Garlando), and then having an ongoing battle with Simpson with one for a few years at Glenrosa (fortunately our neighbour was deaf). Famously, one episode of Chom Isis was decided on it...
At Southwood Gardens it was more often used as a board-game table (I still have the clip-on boards I made to fit over it, home to a few games of Doom, Descent and Starcraft). It's been sitting at Addington Gardens for three years now, and there are simply better things I can be doing with the space.

Hobbies come and go, it's served well. What are you going to do with the space next? Wargaming area?
Current plan is Gills sofa bed (so she can get a big reading arm chair), a big fucking TV, a PS4 and Final Fantasy XV.
Excellent choice! That sounds like the perfect use of the space - not too big and not too small. Cosy but excellent. Nice one. Do you think you'll get much for the old table?
No idea to be honest. I've put £150 as a base price, and won't mind it going for that. There is a big caveat that purchaser has to collect it (no idea how you would go about mailing a 110kg box). As you say, I've had my money's worth (I got it for £450, and as I say in the eBay advert, it was £800+ list price).
I've determined that I can fit a 50" TV into that area, which seems excessive without being gratuitous, so hopefully I can get the table moved out before Christmas, and then hit the Boxing Day sales for something with 4K and HDR in the description (current review reading suggests Samsung models are the way to go, and viewing them in John Lewis backs that up). I need to work out if the premium for a curved screen is worth it.
The table sold (for £225, which is OK), and is being picked up on Thursday.
Just taken it apart, and moved it downstairs. Might need to polyfilla and paint a couple of chunks of wall (hard getting it round the bend in the stairs). My room feels pretty big right now...
Well done mate. Moving on from things like that is really hard.
