When into the target down in Sunnyvale and picked up a few bits, among them a kettle. So I can finally make a decent cup of tea a landmark event.
I also tried out the pool which was pretty good, it’s been a while since I last did a lot of swimming so I’m quite out of practice but now I have access to a pool every day it seems like I can make use of it. I did a few lengths and then relaxed in the jacuzi for a bit I was the only person swimming a few people were using the barbecues.
The sun was going down so I didn’t stay out long, while I was out I saw a humming bird hovering over the pool which was pretty fun. The weather thus far has been lovely warm and sunny. Some times people have been saying it’s cold but it seemed fine to me, but then I’m used to it being cooler in general.
One of the things I really like about my new android phone (one of the many things 
) is the way it can function as a skype phone. It means my parents can call me from the UK on skype on my mobile where ever I am at the time and because it counts as data it doesn’t cost me anything. I had been using skype on my laptop to chat with them but that requires me to be near the computer and hooked up to the internet with skype on my droid they can call me where ever which is pretty cool.
