I like the obvious relish the voiceover gives. It's not the stoical military-esque voice I'm used to hearing, it's a bit more.

I like the jet of flame is in the right direction to the bullet hit (even if it wouldn't ignite like that but then a lot of video game physics is worse than even movie physics) they've obviously just taken the surface normal at that point and used it as the vector for their particle emiter still it's fun

I'm not too worried about realism in games. A hearty dab of unrealism can help add to the fun factor. Look at the helicopter abuses I used to get up to in Battlefield Vietnam and how the fun factor flying was stripped out for BF2142.
