I certainly hope so, even the most hardened travellers I know don't even consider Angola as a destination as it's just too damned dangerous.
As an idea it's to be applauded, like they say hopefully some of the woman will get back some confidence as a result alongside some of the power brokers getting a kick up the arse to actually attempt to improve the situation.

The lady featured in the article is a looker. Unfortunately, my human nature takes over and you just end up staring. I hate animal instinct.
