Europe seems to have cut some sort of deal where we don't have to pay for the station so long as we bring the sandwiches. Part of that commitment is the unmanned space truck which launches from an arianne 5 weighing 20 tonnes and automatically makes its way to the ISS via GPS "At the next satellite turn left" and the docks and seals to the station automatically.

As long as Europe is doing something. It's a surprise that they're able to do anything at all. I hope the new member states are going to start giving to ESA, too.
