Sub prime seems to be synonymous with "OMFG they're the most powerful country in the world!!! We're fucked!"

I dunno, the entire Northern Rock thing shows that it was going on here as well. Its pretty scary when you see how much they owed (£55 billion!) and if it does end up failing apparently it will cost everyone £3600 each. Sort of puts the olympics cost to shame.
Personally, I'd love to see everyone chip in and pay my mortgage for me...after all, its not like I am right now!

Any one want to buy Detroit?

The places for $5000 dollars dont look that bad... Well not as bad as the $100 dollar places.
I guess these properties will have unpaid taxes that have to be paid by anyone who buys the house.
Or, for the same price as my place in Burghfield Common
A fucking mansion!
I seem to have thrown up in my mouth a little bit...
Fantastic, Pete. Chuckling away to myself here.
