I love this game. (admittedly not enough to actually buy it ... yet).
Originally I got to play it on game pass and enjoyed every moment of it, the setting and execution are perfectly presented.
The main scenario is tough on you, but that adds to the achievement of beating it.
A single run of the scenario can also be completed in about 4hour with variation for game speed selection and if you actually survive to the end.
Highly recommend at this price point!

Would you say it's very 18+ or do you think a semi-savvy Felix would understand the themes?
It is a PEGI 16 "STRONG LANGUAGE"; so none of the usual sexual references Felix normally looks for in his computer game choices!
The concept is dark-ish, you are going to be responsible for peoples suffering while they slowly spiral towards death. There is nothing overly graphic, it is presented through flavour text and decisions. As long as he doesn't have a depressive mind that reads too much into them, he should be fine.
