Indeed, much more interesting now it's a 3-horse race. My money is on the ridiculously huge economy that's going to do 18 launches this year.

would that be the economy that thinks human life is expendable so therefore will take bigger and better risks than anyone else?
I'm still hoping the solar sail cosmos 2 gets off the ground and unlike cosmos 1 they go with something slightly more reliable as a launch vehicle than a soviet era ballistic missile with the top hack sawed off.
