Asus is apparently splitting into three companies. Asus (new) will make computers, Unihan will take the manufacturing side, and Pegatron (what could he transform into again?) the component side (mobos, GPUs, etc)

Ouch they cancelled all the pensions of employees of the former Asus, everything reset to zero on jan 1st. can they even do that I thought that was illegal? Guess it's allowable in Taiwan
