Damn. And I didn't have that down as happening for another two days :D The 9800 GX2 is basically a pair of 8800s, shrunk to 65nm and SLI'd on one card, like the 7950 gx2 (or something)
Note that an 8800 on 65nm is what we like to call an 8800GT or GTS. Apparently putting two 8-gen chips on a card makes 9th gen. That said, its not as if they have any competition at the top end, so I guess its a good way of printing money...
