What is the worst that could happen (other than getting the shakes from Dragon Age Inquisition withdrawal).

Chaps, there's a VR training thing to get through. I think you might need to sort that first.

twas a good chuckle. Feels more like UT2K4 rather than Mechwarrior. And here are the chaps in their Mech-Fridges.

So had the guy at the far end;
1) Spent money
2) Been playing for 20+ hours already
3) had _not_ been playing for 20+ hours already
?
I was planning on joining you, but by 7pm was pretty much falling asleep...

LOL! It's the AI. The AI is always better equipped and it needs to be - because it's shit.
You'll like it, Pete.

For a game that didn't look promising at the start due to crappy forced tutorial and then some game finding problems (guess no one plays on east coast us it worked once we switched to europe) it was actually quite a lot of fun once we started playing proper. Takes a lot of their currency to get any upgrades but that's universal fact in all free to play games. It doesn't feel much like a mech game when playing there's no sense of being large and stompy it could easily just be a normal players rather than microwaves on legs.
Still we had fun the wave based combat is quite frantic at times and the in level upgrade to offense defense and heatsink is a nice feature. It worked best when we all stuck together and watched each others backs so we could swap out and repair when needed which we were getting pretty good at towards the end though still a way off getting to the end of the the 25 waves (think we managed 16).
