So as some of you may know myself and Byrnie are at PAX this weekend and then off to New Zealand for a bit. We used to have our trip posts up on the badger to allow interested parties and law enforcement agencies to keep track of our adventures then 34sp fucked us broke the site buggered their own admin interface so we couldn't fix it and basically went to crap. We lost all our data as a result.
I felt it might be nice to have some of that old badger magic for this trip so wacked together a very basic Joomla instalation over at the above link a bit rough and ready but we'll likely improve it as we go. We will eventually redirect the .com address there but 34sp are being arseholes about it. For now the .net address linked here should serve

Nice, I'll update the feed at lunch today.
'lo!
We've started updating a bit... I had a look at updating the feed, then remembered it was yahoo pipes and decided not to break anything ;)
I have to ask...apart from a great fake bomb, what the hell is this?
a "capture device"...for ghosts?
Of course. Its a dual redundant ghost trap.
Either that or its a homebrew full HD 3d timelapse capture rig based on two Raspberry Pi model As and camera modules synchronised by RS232, put together by EMW
And the good news is, when you put the car on a ferry, you can just put it in a box to get the portable edition:
As someone who's partial to a bit of time-lapsing (though these days I use the posh, lazy version) I'd love to see some of the output!
NICE.
(Feed Fixed - new Joomla site didn't need a pipe, so no jiggery pokery required.)
