"But Michael Marshall of the Merseyside Skeptics Society, who helped to organise the test, said it showed that claims to have special abilities "aren't based in reality"."
Nice.

I love how these wackos when confronted with evidence that they've been deluding themselves (since a lot of them genuinely believe they have magic powers) and other manage to say things like "scientists are so closed minded" it's james randi's unsinkable rubber ducks no matter what you do to prove these jokers are just doing bad cold reading they will still find some way of excusing their failure and claiming it's all science's fault.
I don't what these people think with their claims scientists are suppressing evidence of their gifts I mean imagine if someone could prove that humans could possess some form of psychic ability in a proper repeatable study that's a Nobel prize right there and a whole new field of science to explore scientists would go mad for that but it's all just simple tricks and nonsense.

It's funnier here in that they signed up to do the test...to bitch about it after is like complaining that the driving test is unfair "because they expect you to drive a car".
I think the test could have been improved by a surprise punch to the psychics face, accompanied by the classic line "I bet you didn't see THAT coming, did ya?!"

Awesome share, thank you. My favourite bit was:
