looks like they're using the zcorp 3d colour sandstone printer places like shapeways will already let you upload a model and print using this process
hell looking closer it is just a middle man for shapeways the model for avatars is ridiculously simple easier to save some cash and just have shapeways print it yourself

There's also http://www.ponoko.com who do roughly similar stuff but more emphasis historically on laser cutting I've used them to do some laser cutting of wood in the past. But they do the full range of 3d printing now glass metal ceramics full colour etc.
