There was an update for portal the other day that had some obscure release notes changed radio frequencies to comply with new federal laws or some such. It turns out to be a set of hidden sounds and such when you take the radio to certain places in the game. Some people have also somehow figured out these sounds contained slow scan tv images with various apature logos and stuff.
Could be the wind up for another portal
