Oh yeah. Licence to practice law or not, he's going to keep making noise and being a twat. He'll just show up in the role of "expert" witness, rather than council for the prosecution. When you think about it, most of the prick's really annoying behaviour goes on out of the courtroom anyway.

Without his license hes going to have to find someone else stupid enough to represent all his shit in court. Given hes on his way to losing his job over said shenanigans, there is a decent chance that no-one else is willing to take that risk...

No doubt if he is disbarred it will be as a result of liberal conspiricy to stop annoying over the top wankers from bringing worthless lawsuits.
