Theoretically a nice technology, and it neatly demonstrates the power of the GPU, but I can't imagine ever being happy to split my game across displays like that.
Which, I guess, is why those Matrox boxes that did/do the same thing never sold.

Indeed, although it also supports displays in portrait mode - 3 or 5 portrait displays in one horizontal line I think would be a lot more usable... enough to be good though? hard to say.
The old matrox boxes were resolution limited and only supported landscape mode, which was a pity.

Have they partnered with a desk manufacture to make a desk big enough to take 6 displays?
3 Displays would be my limt for playing a game the lines are just too distracting.

not that I should be doing an assignment or anything....
You can get multimonitor stands fairly cheaply - I have one that holds three and it only cost £70ish.
