Seems a lot of companies are using the huge loop holes in medical regulation on Homeopathic stuff to ship stuff that is basically real medicine with active ingredients but without the need for efficacy or safety testing. One of these is Zicam which is a sort of cold cure thing which is labeled as homeopathic but turns out contains Zinc and there is a chance that using this thing and spraying Zinc up your nose can cause anosmia or loss of sense of smell which can be permanent.
It's usually the case that homeopathy is seen as modern day snake oil a nice placebo that shuts up people with more money that sense and some sort of "symptoms of life" type disease (ie stuff that is just normal the odd ache and pain feeling down etc) but in some cases this isn' t the case theses "natural" cures contain active ingredient or even poisons.

Yes, but they're natural poisons!
