OK, I'm trying to fix a print problem on this machine without having to invoke the IT department.
I've been reduced to using the online hinderance, and after an internimable number of steps I'm given a procedure that means restarting the machine. The troubleshooter helpfully notes that this will close the troubleshooter (Well done!) and suggests a set of steps so I don't lose its valuable advice.
The problem?
"To continue troubleshooting if no other computer is available...
2. On the Windows Help toolbar, click Options, click Print, and then click Print the selected topic."
Yeah, thanks.
